The Services allow you to browse our menu, place pickup orders for our Greenville, South Carolina location, participate in loyalty programs, view sports-related content, and manage your account.

Menu items, prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order.

Orders submitted through the app are requests until accepted and confirmed by the restaurant. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example, due to item availability, kitchen capacity, or suspected fraud).

Pickup is available at our Greenville location only unless we explicitly offer additional fulfillment methods. You are responsible for arriving during your selected pickup window and providing accurate curbside details when applicable.

Prices, taxes, fees, and totals shown in the app are estimates until confirmed at checkout. You are responsible for all applicable charges associated with your order.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for your order.

Points, rewards, and promotions offered through Box Score or related programs have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise, are non-transferable, and may be subject to additional rules displayed in the app.

We may change, suspend, or end loyalty benefits at any time. Abuse of the program (including fraud or misuse) may result in forfeiture of points and account termination.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operation, scraping data, harassing staff or other users, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

The Services, including logos, design, text, images, and software, are owned by The Owner's Box or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accurate sports scores or schedules, or that menu information will always be complete or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OWNER'S BOX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Owner's Box from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be in Greenville County, South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
